Avasflowers - WRONG ORDER DELIVERED, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never again, Ordered 2 dozen valentines day rozes. only 1 dozen arrived customer service SUCKED and did not reply to a majority of my emails They sent a new bouquet a month later, not only was it not 2 dozen, it was only 1 dozen. Cheap Cheap Cheap! Also they did not allow me to say "i dont want it resent". I emailed them back right after they sent me an email saying me new order would be redelivered but they still sent it. Didn't even reply to me. The roses were a valentines day gift. not a march gift. Dont use AVAS FLOWERS! Might I add I ordered 3 weeks in advance....

Avasflowers - Worst Customer Service/ Product EVER!!

Arrangement for Valentines Day. Wrong order came AND the flowers were already wilted, dying. Called Customer Service 6 times. Got hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They refused to give a refund even after they failed to deliver a replacement 3 weeks later. I have never received such horrible service. I have to order flowers regularly and decided to try a new place, never again would I use this place. It was the worst customer service experience I've had in my life.I have been patient and given them time to fix the problem, but each person I deal with gets worse. This company should not be allowed to do business.

Avasflowers - Wrong order twice for V-day

I ordered the 12 rose and 12 lily bouquet for Valentines Day. On Valentines Day the recipient received only 6 roses and 6 lily's. I called customer service and explained that I did not receive what I had ordered. The representative apologized for the error and offered to resend the original order to whom I had ordered them for and would be delivered the next week. I was satisfied with this even though it was meant to be received on Valentines Day. I explained to the person receiving these flowers that they did not receive what I had originally ordered and that the correct order would be out the next week. The flowers were delivered but once again it was only half of what was suppose to be sent, 6 roses and 6 lily's. Not positive what the issue was seeing as how both times the packing slip read the correct order of 12 of each flower. In answering the question of what can be done better, I would say if an error occurs once make sure it doesn't happen on the second attempt. Needless to say I was disappointed not once but twice on my first experience with Avas. Should have listened to the mass amounts of complaints against Avas.
