What kind of a business is this if your not doing anything to fix the God damn problem!! It's a longer story than I care to spell out here, but whatever phone service representative I spoke with today clearly didn't give a *** about anything, least of all her job, to the point of being downright rude to me. Directv Now - I cancelled two months ago!!!!

I cancelled two months ago and you are still charging my debit card. I cancelled and a month later then I saw a charge and when I contacted you, you said I was screwed...another month has gone by and you charged me AGIAN!!!!!!!

Bought a belt driven gate opener for around $500. Worked for a short while then got damaged in a hail storm. Took a long time (and a big fight) to get a new cover and circuit board out of them, had to pay because of course "hail damage is not covered under warranty"....

Bbva Compass Bank - Very frustrating pissed and broke

i went into branch and opened my account on the 22 of the month. ok by the 26 i had my debit card, and a letter confirming my over draft protecton. I sent off to my corp office my direct deposit form. when i returned back to work on monday i called compass to confirm my direct depost was set up, they informed me they closed that account and I should be getting a letter that was dated on the 23.. they would not give me a reason why the account was closed. so i contact my employer who is 5 states away. about direct deposit now i have to wait till it is returned by compass and they will mail me a paper check. so app 10 days past the time i should be paid. This was the worst service I have ever been involved with. Wtf Wtf

American Disposal Services - Not picking up trash

I called and complained about my trash not being picked up for 2 weeks. My bill was paid up till the end of May 2019. This was 26th of March and April 2, 2019 that trash was not picked up . I called several times getting Erica, Leigh, Nicole, Jessica, etc. after waiting 30 to 45 mins. I cancelled my service and told them I wanted a refund for the missed pickup and the remainder of my paid weeks. This was not the first incident of not picking up the trash. I was told I would not get a refund because of a billing cycle. What?? I told them I wanted my refund and if I did not get it I would go a step further.
