MySurvey - My p0int s earned have not gone up

I joined My survery just fine. for first couple of surveys and I got 180 point. I waited and did not get an invitation so I signed in and did 3 surveys to which I got screened out. That's fine, but today I went back and did approx 5 surveys, 4 did not say I was screened out, it just went to select a survey after done with each survey .My points remain the same. I havn't been able to contact them to ask a question and the message center does not take a message unless it's related to their selected issues, which are not my issur. Hmmm. Any suggestions,? Should I even waste my time. I have done Global test markets only they don't offer enough surveys.
