Traveler Helpdesk - Horrible, Horrible, horrible serviecs

It seems like there's no one who could answer a basic simple question. I book my flight 3 months in advances for an international travel from Columbus, OH to Cambodia. Unfortunately, I kept getting a run around from their customer services, from their baggage link, and no detail link to the allowed baggage for international travel. It was hard to get someone who could really assisted with any basic question. NEVER WILL I EVERY BOOK MY FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD!!!!!! FYI: YOU CAN"T CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT INSURANCES. INSURANCE WAS does not work with this company.

OnlineCityTickets - HORRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased tickets to Brad Paisley concert on May 29th. I immediately got email with instructions to transfer tickets. However, when I go to transfer the tickets, I receive an error with a broken page link. Unfortunately, it is difficult to actually talk with someone on the phone at onlinecity tickets. I've chatted with them online and emailed them a screenshot of the error about 50 times in two days and they keep giving me the same instructions as they initially did. I believe they sold me tickets that don't exist and are bogus. They are horrible. Do not use this company! They are a rip off.

Chase Bank - Customer service giving wrong info and do nothing to compensate

The customer service is horrible. They give out wrong information about payments you need to make to avoid interest. After 10 Calls talking to different people. They still did not compensate after all the troubles been through. Decided to never used chase again!
