1800Flowers - Never Delivered TWICE

I am completely disgusted with the services, or lack of, provided by 1-800flowers. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered the hospital where my cousin had just delivered her first child. The arrangement of course was to be a surprise. Upon further investigation, I found out the arrangement was never delivered. The customer service representative informed me to contact the hospital. I contacted the hospital. I was informed that hospital policy is that flower deliveries be made to the patient’s room. They do not hold or store flower deliveries. I contacted 800 flowers and was informed they will re-attempt the delivery to my cousin’s residence. I provided the delivery address only to be later notified that the delivery was never made yet again. This is unacceptable.
