Clear Choice - Bad teeth

Well had my teeth taken care of almost a year ago. Still have issues with food getting between the implants and gums. Have been dealing with this same issue for over three months. Had to send ,my final teeth to be adjusted,and that took a month. Had my second set again which limited my eating once again. Got the final product and guess what? Still have the same issues, and chipped a tooth. Missed my appointment and was cancelled. I just tired of the BS I'm stuck in with no solution.

Zales - Poor customer service

November 26 2017 when I tried to buy a gold bracelet online. refused to honor promo online that was sent to me just several days before for signing up to receive emails from zales. I then requested to speak with a customer service supervisor and was told I could not until I had answered a number of questions. . poor customer service. I have never had a rep refuse to allow me to speak with a supervisor until I had jumped thru a hoop of answering questions. I was told this was company policy until I explained in detail my problem to the rep. I was told the promo was valid just not on a sale item although everything in the store was 30-50% off at the time.

Ascentive, you are unethical, deceitful, lying thieves. I can't get to you on the phone saying to use your email contact. You Have Double Billed Me, not Once, but Twice. You are thieves. You are crooked. I hope one day you will be found to be fraudulent and close down. I have used your programs for a few years. I noticed you charged me for PC Speed Pro. When I received my credit card billing, I saw you had billed me AGAIN for a higher amount. I emailed you with this info and never heard back from you. I emailed you again, and never heard back from you. I emailed you again, and this time you wrote back....."it has been longer than 30 days and we can not refund your money". I email you again because apparently you were too stupid to understand that I was not asking for a refund because I didn't want the program, I was asking you to return the second charge that YOU STOLE FROM ME. Now I get no response again. I went back thru my credit card statements and realized that this is not the first time you have done this to me. YOU ARE DISCUSTING. YOU ARE HORRIBLE. YOU ARE THEIVES. YOU ARE UNETHICAL. I keep asking for the money you stole to be returned and you ignore me. You will regret this decision. You owe me $120.

Centurylink 4 no call no shows. still no internet almost 4 weeks!!

I placed by order over 3 weeks ago.. The ports were full and of course nobody called me to tell me the tech wasn't coming, so I took off from work and loss a day of pay... I then got an email and call 2 weeks later they would be there Wednesday. I *** and wait 8am -5pm and nobody shows. I call and they said we are sorry.. they forgot to assign it to a tech.. I do have a Friday installation... frustrated but said ok... I get it all setup (apt), said please confirm everything. I'm about to lose my new job and need internet for work. she said don't worry. Its all set. a tech will be there Friday... what happens. No call... no show AGAIN. I call again....(3 no call no shows). I get ANOTHER apt setup for today (8/3).... 1:30pm comes around I start getting nervous.. 4th unpaid day I took off.... What does the support rep tell me.... everything in the notes say 8/3... My email said 8/3 but it appears there was a mistake and we cant get there till 8/7.. are you kidddddding me???? this is 4 NO CALL NO SHOWS.. 4 days off work because of the ridiculous windows... ($684 LOST WAGES).... what the heck is going on???? Nobody seems to help... supervisors obviously don't care because I would be calling a local district manager or someone to get this resolved and up asap. If needed bump someone who is set for today to fix the issue for someone who took off 4 days work and centurylink couldn't even take 2 seconds to call ??? Is CenturyLink going to reimburse me for the 4 days lost time? I'm sorry but I'm frustrated. My job requires me as a tech to remote into servers after hours if needed. If Comcast was in the area or another provider I wouldn't be hooked up and done with CenturyLink by now.... I just shocked 4 different reps cant put a correct order in the system and it cost me all that money in time off. I still don't have service and now supposedly there coming Monday and I doubt I can get anymore time off so now I'm spit on again. Apparently you have to make websites and post negative stuff on Reddit to get some customer service... I'm sorry but I hope you understand my frustration.. going on a month and no internet and all that missed work unpaid. - I even told them I used to do dsl installs for Frontier and just plug the port in. my modem is owned by me and hooked up and ready to go. I don't care about the 80 mb. downgrade me to 10. I am just desperate to get hooked up.. its a mess!!!
