My account says that all I need are four more buildings to be played and then I get another chest. I have played a Tesla and I have played a bomber unit. Neither of which have given me my chest. I would like to know what is going on?

Comcast - BILLING PAPERLESS

I have been a comcast customer for almost two years and everytime I used to get paper bill every month in the post mail. But this month I didn't get any except some e-mail telling me to sign up for paperless billing which I didn't want to do. I called twice to the customer service they keep telling me that they mailed twice paper bills . then I called the third time and asked to speak to the supervisor the supervisor tells me there was no paper bill mailed so I shou;ld try to pay over the phone with the paperless billing otherwise I will be charged late fees.Basically they want to get my credit card info o they are threatening me to charge me late fees. which I really amangry about and plan to sue.I URGE EVERYONE TO GET TO THE OFFICE AND PICK UP YOUR BILL IF IT DOESN'T ARRIVE AROUND THE TIME YOU EXPECT IT TOO BECAUSE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY OVER THE PHONE OR PAY LATE FEES WHILE WAITING FOR THE PAPER BILL.

I thought I'd at least give them a shot at giving an estimate for the job I want done. Made appointment and then received several email confirmations and even a follow up phone call. I told them I would be here waiting for their rep. The rep never showed up, never called, nothing! I called their toll free number, gave them my info and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Rep back on phone making excuses for their estimator and she talked so much I couldn't even get a word in edgewise. I had to shout at her to LISTEN to me, but to no avail! Finally I told her to shut the *** and learn how to handle a customer and that I would never consider using Empire. I followed up with an email to some clown who sent me one of the "estimate appointment confirmation" emails and I wrote that I would be writing on Pissed Consumer to warn others. BEWARE of this bunch! I'm going to find a local installer.

Sears Home Services - Recalled dehumidifier

I also followed the recall instructions to a tee. Mine was working just fine, but I snipped the cord and sent it to Alabama. That was Feb or march 2013. I have been getting the run around ever since. I have been told it was sent to my PO box 2 or 3 times...just to be told, by the same csr that they do not send to PO boxes, that it has to be a physical address. Perhaps the firm sears hired to fix this mess pocketed all the cards for themselves. What other reason could they possibly have? I did contact the sears corp people and they gave me the toll free number to call...sent me back to the problem. I stopped in at my local sears store today just to vent. That did nothing. Very unhappy
