Poshmark - Terrible Service Despite Taking 20% From Sellers

Poshmark is impossible to contact and when you contact the company, their response time is terrible regardless of the question or complaint. Their self-service options are incomplete. If they can't staff appropriately for the 20% they collect, they should at least offer enough options for sellers to resolve their own issues or get answers. I had a buyer leave a 2 star rating with the comments 'could improve'. I have an average five star rating and if buyers leave a poor review, comments should be mandatory as with many other sites or surveys.

Metro by TMobile - No longer offers payment extensions

Metro PCS no longer offers payment extensions . After being a long time costumer of T-Mobile I moved to Metropcs last year. Due to the holiday my check was delayed two days and I thought to be proactive and call Metropcs and ask for a payment extension for two days. My non-requested options were to move my billing date by two days and pay $8 or wait until the phone is disconnected and they will reactive Voice and Text only. After explaining to overseas tech support I realized that they no longer honor request for payment extensions. Why do customers have to let their service be deactivated only to be told they can only have some service restored. I won’t be a customer for long.

MyTicketTracker - Scammed for Garth Brooks Tickets

I bought 4 Garth Brooks tickets $650...through what I thought was Ticket Master a company I have used before, however this company was able to route me onto there site....They called 9 days prior to the concert and said my tickets were no longer available but they were offering me tickets closer to the stage at no additional charge, for a row and seats that do not exist at this venue. I am beyond angry!!! I have filed a fraudulent charge with my credit card, but that does not get me a concert with my kids back and it is sold out. not to mention $650 is ALOT of money in my world that I may not get back.

Viral Devices - Waste of time and scam company

Spicy Lingerie - Thieves

Details
Order took a month to receive. Once here, an outfit was so tangled together I couldn’t get it apart to even look at let alone try on. Returned the item and was told it showed signs of use so they were not allowing a refund and would charge me to return it to me. I tried arguing to no avail and have asked several times to have it returned to me (within the first week of my denial) but the company is saying nothing about it being returned to me now. I’m guessing they lost or disposed of it and are trying to steal from me. I will be suing.
