Factory Outlet Store - Vender lied was dishonest and failed to act professional

Vender intentially sold equipment that was non compatable then aggreeded to exchange but would send a replacement but needed to charge the card first. Then when you sent in the exchange item they resumed to take it back sticking you with double the cost! These people lied then stole my money ! Never do any business with these thieves. When I called the vender stating that the units they sold me was incompatible with each other they offered no assistance to the issue and were very disrespectful on the phone. It took repeated attempts to get anywhere and then all they did was refer you to Garmin! No help at all!

Simple Mobile - Lied about product compatability then denied refund

I ordered services with Simple Mobile because they said that their SIM card would be compatible with my specific Blackberry device- it was not compatible- I worked with the tech support on it for a day then cancelled it. I had activated the card on 11/14/12 intending to have it work in my phone, then I cancelled services 11/16/12 because I worked on getting it to work for a whole day. They will not refund my money because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I have spoken to several managers and let them know that I was mislead, and they all told me that I didn't cancel within the 24 hour period. I was working with their techs for a day to resolve it, and they had told me that it was going to work, that I should give it a day, and now I realized that the whole things was a SCAM to keep my Money.

Sears - Very Poor Customer Service

We purchased a brand new snow blower. We got it home (100 miles from Sears) and it wouldn't run. We took it back to Sears (200 miles round trip) for repair. Sears said it would be repaired so we drove to get it (200 miles round trip) and it wasn't done as promised. We had to return to get it (another 200 miles round trip) and the motor was replaced under warranty. We contacted Sears about a the repeated trips. They offered us a $50 gift card (600 miles in a pickup that gets 10 miles to gallon with $3.89 gas..you do the math) They emailed me the gift card, but I was unable to open the email. I have contacted them daily since March 9th about replacing the card and they will not return my calls or replace the gift card. I have been calling the "Blue Ribbon Service Center"...wow is that grossly misnamed! What do I do?
