Send flowers to my daughter .she was having out patient surgery and I couldn't get there.i decided to send flowers to her home in Bedford Va..Looked online and called Justflowers .ordered flowers in a cat vase since she loves cats so that was very important..they arrive in a basket. -over 2hours late with the wrong name on the card on who it was from..also wanted mostly purple colors & that didn't happen either.$65.00 later -I was so unhappy so I called and called and was put on hold several times..they decided to refund$9.95 out of $65.00 so we are stuck with $55.00 paid for this complete mess..this company is so bad& must warn others to stay away from this one..
