National Consumer Center - This is waste of your time

I filled out survey after survey and completed numerous offers. It was like a series of big distractions. The site required a lot of personal information time and time again. When it came to receiving the walmart gift cart it was amazing how my points got "stuck" at 60 points. I really feel as if I was "dooped"..I will never ever sign up for the bogus surveys again. The got a lot of personal information that will help them. I will not be compensated for all of the work I did and the information I provided them with

Rue La La - No refund for missing items.

Hello! It's an awful story. I ordered from RueLaLa one Deep Sea Cosmetics Toner 4 oz and 2 Deep Sea Cosmetics Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream (ORDER #1107609402). Ruelala has shipped my order via Fedex and tracking number - 786537969676 (tracking link: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/… ). I didn't received my creams, only toner. Via tracking link weight of the package can be seen - 0.18 kg. Toner is 4 oz and weights 0.18 kg. It proves that RueLaLa didn't ship my creams. If my creams were in package it must be heavier. Customer Care Team didn't answer my letters and don't want to refund me my money. And they dont want to send me the video with process of packaging. So I don;t know what to do. :(
