Rue La La - Terrible Customer Service!!!

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. At the beginning of January 2019, I purchased 2 dining chairs. One arrived with a broken leg. Within 30 minutes of the item being delivered I notified RueLala of this problem. The next day I received an email stating that I would receive a return label and information on how to return the item within 3-5 business days. A week later and I received another email stating that I would receive a response within 1-4 business days. I follow up and still nothing! Then another email on Jan 25 that they will have a response within 2-3 business days. I emailed them on Jan 31 to state my frustration with their customer service AND they have not even responded to that.

DoorDash - Shows Up Early And Food Gets Cold

We use DoorDash for ordering food for the executive staff doing working lunch meetings. We choose specific time frames for the order that meets the timing of the lunch. For example, if the meeting is at 11am, then we will place an order for 10:45-11:15 to be sure that it arrives as close to the meeting time as possible while still hot. I am also very sure to add notes explaining this scenario and requesting they not arrive early. Well. This guy just dropped of our burger order at 10:30. And now the order is sitting there getting ice cold. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I don't think we'll be using DoorDash anymore. The convenience options aren't worth cold food.

Nissan Canada - Going to be taking legal action

Us either - we are thinking of seeking legal counsel as our Sentra's transmission (supposedly fixed last year) just cost us $4000 to repair. My father is 80 and can not afford this - we are writing to see if anything can be done before we see a good lawyer (we are leasing a 2015 Sentra) NEVER AGAIN!! They have huge class action lawsuits all over the USA for specifically this cars transmission and thousands of angry YouTube posts... very sad...

Blue Cross And Blue Shield Of Georgia - Worst Company EVER! I miss Humana

The website info ( they are CONSTANTLY referring you to *** website) is wrong and if that is if you can get it to work at all. 2 Weeks into the year and no insurance cards. Have been given incorrect information many times by live representatives. I am convinced they only wish to take your money and make it so hard on you to find care that you will just DIE! They are not just incompetent, they are EVIL!
