Centurylink - Billing is so messed up

Since April 2017 Centurylink has not gotten their billing correct. I started with Prism and Cable but I finally dumped Prism because they continued to blame late payments monthly on Prism. There was a threat to charge me a fee for stopping Prism early but minds were changed because one of the associates documented that I would not be charged. I cancelled prism in November and I still am receiving late fees in April. I again was told that I am getting the late fee from Prism even though I no longer have Prism. I also noticed my paper bill was with a late fee($10) and $40 for total of $50. The online bill was last month's bill, This month's bill and late fee, showing I paid on time for last month's bill. This company has serious billing problems.

RushCard - Pissed off customer

Ever since your maintenance up grade, I can not transfer money from my primary card to my other cards. I have monthly payments set up on all my cards and now I can't pay them because rushcard is royally screwed up everything. I am very upset and I hold rushcard responsible for any penalties I receive from any creditors I pay monthly because they did not receive their payments. Fix your *** system or I will go to a different card company that doesn't have the screws ups like rush card has. THIS IS BS. I have been a loyal customer for a while now, so why can't I receive the same from your company?

Seriously RushCard

I have been waiting on my Direct Deposit since tuesday. I always receive my funds either tue. or wed. of my pay week, and I have yet to see any funds. My rent is past due and my car note is due tomorrow and neither one give a *** about my RushCard excuses.!! I NEED my money.!! What is going on with you guys. No communication whats so ever. They wont allow anyone on the website or to call that bs number. I talked to a rep using the (676) number, but they really weren't ANY help at all.!! Still no funds and no answers as to when I would get my funds. How do I sue them.?? Seriously, I have a child to take care of, this is not fair at all.
