I bought my salad master in 1977. I, love it and I still use it everyday. My skillet has been messed up a few years. I prop something under it. I know that is not safe. I would recommend this product.Read more

I bought my salad master .Complete set in 1978. YES 1978. I love my pans. You have to turn the heat down once it gets hot or boils. The pans stay HOT. That will make them stick. Anyway I am in need of some new handles and one top for the large pan. Does anyone sell the...Read more
- Excellent for food cooking
I have replaced 2 Miele dishwashers in 8 years. The first did not last a year. There is one repairman on the South Coast. It took 4 calls to Miele to find out who he was. No one seemed to have any idea. Incidentally no other repairman wants to touch this brand. The...Read more

From the date of purchase in 2011, my LG Stainless French Door, Double Door Freezer on the Bottom, top-of-the-line appliance has been dysfunctional. Multiple tech visits because it could never make ice, constantly dripping from the dispenser because the ice bin would...Read more
I use my grandmother’s Saladmaster set that is well over 20 years old. It still looks good, cleans easily, and cooks well, but I don’t know if you could get something similar for a lower price. I’ve never had to compare cookware. Saladmaster is pretty big in my...Read more
I find it very interesting that everyone's experience is not the same. The first reason, I believe is that each Dealer is responsible for the training of their consultants and the customer service. If you have a "bad" dealer, allegedly, you are getting bad customer...Read more
Cooking Club Of America - Looking for more pans
I bought a 9" Cooking Club of America saute pan in a thrift store, just for the heck of it i might add. It turns out to be an excellent pan - yes despite all the negative buzz baloney I see. 1 - I refuse to cook in a plastic surface pan. Years later you may find out about health issues. (Oh, did you forget about asbestos in every nook of the house, or cigarettes which do no harm? How about BPA? The list goes on. 2 - Pans (these) that dont live up to expectations are being misused, mishandled and probably ruined. Thats my 15cents worth. Learn how to care for a real pan. I was lucky because when I was young(younger anyway) I worked in a renouned restaurant and learned the hard way about the chef's pans (LOL). Edna - our breakfast chef threatened to do me harm if i ever let her pans touch soap. Secondly, my pan was in perfect condition when I found it. Clearly very used judging by the halos shining in the light. But no scratches, gouges or dents. I was on the internet trying to find more when I ran across the complaints. Go figure!

After buying this grill last summer.....let's just say I wish I hadn't! My first issue was the way the grates designed as a diamond shape. Grills are hard enough to keep clean but cleaning this pattern is impossible. When I contacted the company to see if I could buy...Read more
Worst KitchenAid Refrigerator
Bought a KitchenAid side by side stainless refrigerator. The Stainless has a "film" on it. I reported the problem and was advised to use a Mr. Clean Eraser and to dissolve an Affresh dishwasher tablet warm water, wipe down the frig with this method and the film would be gone. Didn't happen. The Affresh is not available in my area and KitchenAid did send the tablets to me. Now they are telling me it's a "cosmetic" issue and not covered under the warranty because it's past the 30 days. So I now have a very expensive ugly box in my new house! Beware!!! I will never purchase a Whirlpool or KitchenAid product again! The frig is for SALE - CHEAP!!!!

Frigidaire - Gallery Series we purchased whole kitchen stove microwave refrigerator and dishwasher.
Used less than 1 year dishwasher used 4 times per month and control board is out. Now the refrigerator is having moisture around seal on freezer side and icemaker door drips. Bad product Lowes will not take back. Frigadaire will send repair man at my expense. Will give bad referrals to everyone also on social media. Suggest everyone do so also. I am tired of bad products and poor service.... You really do Not want me to use your 100 word limit as I am trying to mind my manners. The Internet will allow more damage to your reputation than just word of mouth to family and friends. Better Business B comes to mind also.
