Requested Paychex report is the best I can do

Was told by account manager at Paychex: This report is the best I can do as far as breaking down tax payments that were debited and paid to the specific tax agencies. The only other way of me getting a break down other than this would be for me to pull each report and total these amounts up manually. Unfortunately, I cannot do that. There is no urgency to get things done in a timely way. no urgency to reply to simple questions with a direct answer. Amounts due never reconcile to actual amounts debited nor due and the reports are BEYOND confusing and disjointed. Nothing is ever done on the first requset. Always takes at least 3 times before doing anything.
