purchased lawnmower from home depot and it did not get delivered on delivery date, nobody cares, after searching the web about who is delivering my purchase, I found their phone number and called and was told that they have to contact another company and they will call me and I will make delivery appointment. This is a joke, I waited at home all day and still don't have lawnmower and nobody is getting in touch with me about the delivery. Wouldn't purchase this riding mower from home depot if their web page said how horrible Estes service is. Nobody cares... and my tractor is sitting in city 30 minutes from me...

Newgistics - Lost/stolen package

Newgistics - Lost/stolen package
Returning phone upgrades back to AT&T. Dropped off phones at Post Office. Tracking says it was picked up by third party return service. Newgistics tracking website says it was scanned by the pickup driver but Newgistics customer service says they have no idea where it is? AT&T says they have nothing to do with it and I have to file a claim with Newgistics. I am still paying installments for phones and a new line that I had to open up to get a promo....that I don't have. I am not hearing back from Newgistics and have already spent up to 100 hours with ATT for them to only tell me am SOL.

I should have known better. But you always want to give the benefit of the doubt. There is always a chance a company can grow and improve. I ordered from a company called Knit Picks. They use Newgistics to handle a portion of the shipping. The package shipped on time....

Gearbest - Great, but takes time

I went onto gearbest to buy a watch. The watch had a 4.6 out of 300 costumers. I bought it and then waited 3 weeks before it even left the warehouse. If your no patenie, get it on amazon. Its a little bit more oney though.
