I ordered two of the same wheels. Due to a fulfillment error on their part, I received from them one correct wheel and one incorrect wheel. I called and asked them if i could send the wrong one back and when they receive it send me the correct one that i ordered. I ordered 4 sets of 6 curtains and two curtain rods, planning to keep the curtains that looked the best. Three of the four sets were more than "semi-sheer" - they were totally see-through, so those went back. The ones I kept don't look too cheap, even though the fabric is shinier than it seemed in photos, but three of the 6 curtains had small spots near the top from the packaging rubber bands and two had not so small grey dirt streaks....
