Att uverse is a joke

my tv receiver goes out every 3 months on the clock i am sick of it when i called these *** idiots today they refused to send a tech out to fix my receiver because they were too *** to know how to pull up my account if there is a class action suit i want in i want $2000 for my troubles i think they need to pay their stressed customers that much just for the trouble they cause their *** tv service and emotional stress their customers experience and their u300 plan is a joke they have 3 of the same channels till it is 300 channels if my dad wasnt paying my bill id cancel my att service and move to time warner i hate digital tv i like cable because cable doesnt mess up i dont want 300 channels i just want basic but if you want GOOD channels like cartoon network attuverse wants you to pay for 300 channels
