When a problem is known, retain area outage phone message active. Give more details to customer service representatives, to pass on to customers. Four days is too long to wait for a technician, as no repairs begin until they report a fault.

I have been to Haynes in the past- 10yrs ago. terrible relationship and I was significantly disappointed and frustrated. Their sales staff was quick to greet me and "help" me but that is where it ended. The products were not correct nor on time. Terrible service response. I stayed away from them for 10 years- obviously not long enough!! Went there 3 weeks ago found a power recliner couch and love seat set that met our needs. Material did not come when stated- What did come failed to operate in one day! Went to store and they told me to call 800# for service-Called 800# service center- was told to go to the store- I was in the store and they just passed me back to 800#. Called 800 again no response- called again later got KEVIN- was told the material was coming and there were 4 units in stock. Sales person told me it there was a short delay and that it would be there 3 days! No material- Also, the recliner that was delivered failed the next day! I called 800#. Told could not get it replaced but could get service - maybe 2 weeks. I told them take it all back! No response for days- I called 800# and got Christa. SHE SEARCHED THE DATABASE AND TOLD ME THERE WERE NO UNITS IN STOCK. The material would be in Wednesday-yesterday and they would call me about delivery and pickup of the bad unit. NO communication yet! I guess there is nothing more to happen-
