Amora Coffee - Nice Customer Service, Awful Company Site

Enrolled in autopay after I bought the sample for $1. I was angry to see that I was charged $69 but customer service answered my questions very well. The Amora customer login site, however, leaves many questions to be answered and doesn't show you where to edit your shipment preferences. From what I know, calling customer service is the only way to cancel the auto-shipments. To Amora Coffee: Make your terms and conditions box BIGGER. Don't try to discretely sign customers up for auto ship and not emailing them about it. There's a reason why a lot of people are complaining about the $69 coffee shipment!

Luminess Air - Terrible company

Oh my god where do I even begin.... For starters the product is just a cheap piece of trash and the customer service is just as trashy. It is beyond overpriced and extremely cheap. I would NEVER recommend this *** company to anyone! They continue to charge me $70+ a month even though I have cancelled my account 3 times. Wtf

Case Boss - Case ordered and never recieved

It would seem that I have experienced that same thing as those before me. tried to reach out to them but they claim I'm waiting on a tracking number. its been a month now. Very frustrating. I recommend not doing business with this company.

Case Boss - I got a case-boss iphone 8+ case order # 11012 was charged for $34.99 and have problems with my phone case unable to turn off with the turn off button plus I can no longer get a signal in my home

I have tried repeatedly to email and have tried 2 different phone numbers nothing works email after email no customer service! now today I see where they have charged my credit card $12.43 with another charge that I don't know what it's for and I am having to cancel my credit because of it. Somebody needs to stop these crooks in their tracks
