Cartier - Worried about a possible return and hoping for refund

I am hoping I will get the same customer service as you did. My husband bought me the love bracelet but I had no idea that it normally scratches. It has a scratch and I put it back in the box and put it away not to be worn again. I hate that I can't wear it and enjoy it. If I would have know that the bracelet does this I would not have worn it. I mean I haven't even worn it a day. IDK. I'm hoping they would help us with a refund. But as I see it seems very difficult.
