There was a problem activating e-wallet because there is no sms code receive to my phone. Customer support agent Anjenette last april 23, suggested to add a moblie no. to my Lazada acount. Doing so it directed me to go to my email address for security code and from april 23 to may 21, I NEVER RECEIVED the code on my email. In view of this, various chat agent Ludelia, Sarah Lee, Kristene, Orly, Claudine, Mvev from April 23- May 20, every each one of them says " wait for 24-48 hrs. for messages from REFUND TEAM. Can i still get my money back order no. 226944865126131

You can never get through the phone number to them. You must email them. There horrible when someone commits fraud. Someone used my card and there really not doing anything. There should be a number you can get a hold of them by. Terrible service. Now im getting the run around through email and they want me to install the app to send a ticket about the fraudulent transactions. This company is ridiculous.

Doubles of items were sent to me when I ordered only one. Jackets were way too small . no invoice for returns found in package no return address found in the package. It appears to be a scam where the company beats you out of your money. No return policy is no where need the ordering information. the items I purchased came up to a total of approximately $75.00 but I ended up paying $295.00 for the items. KNEW NOTHING ABOUT A 7 DAY RETURN POLICY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOU CAN HAVE YOUR STUFF BACK.

Wish - Charging my bank account after I have cancelled the orders.

I have done business with WISH for awhile now and never had any issues. I had placed a few orders but cancelled them. I have noticed that they withdrew the amount out of my checking account about 10 days later. I have been try to resolve this issue for a month now with no luck. I guess it is time to turn this into a legal matter and contact the Better Business Bureau. All I want is my account refunded. I have also sent countless photos of my bank statement showing the withdrawal.
