Wish - Charging my bank account after I have cancelled the orders.

I have done business with WISH for awhile now and never had any issues. I had placed a few orders but cancelled them. I have noticed that they withdrew the amount out of my checking account about 10 days later. I have been try to resolve this issue for a month now with no luck. I guess it is time to turn this into a legal matter and contact the Better Business Bureau. All I want is my account refunded. I have also sent countless photos of my bank statement showing the withdrawal.
