DoorDash - UNORGANIZED

I have spoken to supervisors many, many times and never end with a resolution. They have either failed to deliver at all, deliver on time, deliver the correct items, and have many incorrect prices. In regards to the prices, I have spoken with the different restaurants and have been told that they have submitted the correct menu pricing to DoorDash months out and have yet to see the corrected changes. DoorDash supervisors always tell me they cannot provide a resolution unless I have actually placed an order.

Shaw Cable in Contract sucks so as their internet.

This is the first time I have a contract with shaw and now I am getting the worst product and services from them. The cable has been resetting many times and just hate that a screensaver appears when you stick to a channel and watch for a longer time. Their internet which was suppose to double its speed is now the slowest we have ever experience. I am sure it's slower that the slowest internet provider in a 3rd world country. Shaw better step up or I will never go back to Shaw after this contract. I am a very pissed customer from Evanston NW of Calgary.

Sprint - Fraud and Deception

I was with Sprint for 17 years. At first, they were great, but the last few years brought nothing but problems. Horrible service, and customer serves/sales that practice fraud and deception. I was told that my phone was the problem, so bought a new one through the loan program. Service continued to be a problem, so i canceled my service and returned the phone. The hit me with a $700 termination fee, sent it to a collection agency in after a month, and before I even received the final bill, and the collection agency reported it on my credit report. Now, they refuse to remove it, even if I payed it off! Stay away from the company!

Ceva Logistics - Didnt get the delivery. Horribel service and horrible customer care.

Delivery was scheduled for dec 10th. No one turned up. When i call them up they asked to reschedule again. Again on dec 21 scheduled between 1pm to 6pm. No one turned up. I call their customer care, they dont even bother to figure out whats happening. Ordered through BJS. BJS isn't either. Lost 600$. Neither of them are concerned.
