Lampeez - Shipped wrong item. No customer service phone number. No replied my multiple messages

I ordered a lamp on the last days of November and took a while for them to ship the item. I received the lamp a day before Christmas (this was a Christmas gift). When I opened the box noticed that item was not what I ordered. I contacted them and they told me to ship back the item. I did, and send an email to let them know that shipped back the item and requesting a refund. I sent several emails, messages in their website and also messages through Facebook. I haven't hear from them so far (+2 weeks later). My money haven't being refund either. First and last experience. No phone number to call! Angry

Lampeez - Zero response from customer service on wrong item sent

I ordered two lamps for Christmas for my niece and nephew. When I looked inside before sending off for Christmas I found that one of the items was not what I ordered. I immediately contacted Lampeez via their website - they give no other option for contact. No reply one week later. So then I emailed them, still no reply. Terrible company, no customer service, not worth the trouble!

Lampeez - Worst customer service ever

They sent order late, after being told not to ship at all. Made up shipping number for Fedx, so it could not be tracked, I canceled order again, it came too late to gift, shipped by UPS. Said I could get full refund, so far nothing. Only an e-mail showing a part refund, that they did not do. THIS CO> IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DELT WITH AVOID THEM

Camping World - Service department review

Camper World in Dothan has the worst customer service department that I have ever experienced. Our 2018 camper has been there for 4.5 months for minor repairs and still not complete. They ordered the same part four times...the first part was the wrong part, the next two were broken. For the next repair, they ordered the wrong color. Once, after Camper World had the camper for four months, the service manager called to ask if we had the camper or if they had the camper...which I reminded them that they had had the camper for the past four months. We still don't have the camper. It took Camper World about three weeks to determine that our ten-month-old camper was still under the twelve-month warranty.
