Is there a reason why I can not talk to a live person about my account? I am tired of endless e-mails that go NO where and can not get my problem fixed.

Sharper Image - AWFUL customer service

Can you even really say "service" when you literally get no response? I made a purchase for a couple hundred dollars off sharper image website. They have in giant bold letters that shipping is free with a purchase over $99. Not true. I paid for shipping. I emailed customer service and it took them 13 days to respond back to me with a blank email. They said nothing..and hit send. Lost my business. Bullshit
