Viagogo scam for metallica tickets

The tickets they sold looked fake. I wanted to return it immediately which must be available as to EU consumer regulations. But they did not accept to refund. While I tried to relist and sell, I could finally do 1/3rd of the purchase price but their website kept giving me errors when I tried to upload their ticket- which I downloaded from their website in the first place. This company is a total scam and has a very deceiving website with lots of push messages during the process to give sense of urgency. Then the nonrefund policy is another scam They must be banned in EU. I will raise my isue and make complaint in authorities. Never use them. They come first when you search for a concert probably because they are paying huge money to google SEO.

i am worried that i am going to get ripped off with the sale of kiss tickets id listing numbers 376832975 and id listing 374917544 what happens if the tickets that got though could go as it said that children couldn't go so out the ticket on sale and when i rang tickete they said that kids can go what if the tickets that up for sale get lost by the buyer or where fake to start with i can't afford to be ripped of as i am single mum and had saved money

Lampeez - Extremely poor service and follow up and return of purchase

Purchased lamp never received. The Lamp was sent back to Lampeez. I finally contacted them 4 weeks ago and they said refund will be applied when they receive merchandise More than 7 weeks had passed. I requested a refund and still fighting with them for my money. Several emails were sent.

Lampeez - Shipped wrong item. No customer service phone number. No replied my multiple messages

I ordered a lamp on the last days of November and took a while for them to ship the item. I received the lamp a day before Christmas (this was a Christmas gift). When I opened the box noticed that item was not what I ordered. I contacted them and they told me to ship back the item. I did, and send an email to let them know that shipped back the item and requesting a refund. I sent several emails, messages in their website and also messages through Facebook. I haven't hear from them so far (+2 weeks later). My money haven't being refund either. First and last experience. No phone number to call! Angry

I order 2 ticket on online booking last September 27, 2018 to watch the Asia Cup 2018 in Dubai Stadium. the ticket was amounting to 1,246.72 AED and credited to my account. then 30 mins my ticket was cancelled. Its written in the mail that I will received a refund 10 days after the date purchased but until now I haven't receive any refund. I'm asking to take action on this matter. its almost 3 months. I try to call the customer service but they didn't give me any reference number or step in how to claimed by refund. and when I call lately they told me to email them.

Match - Auto renew SCAM and Rip-off!

I signed on for the service in April 2016. One month later, I met someone (not on this site, which seems to only have inactive members). Since I already knew how sneaky match.com is with their auto-renewals, I wanted to make sure I don't get charged again in 6 months, so I MADE A POINT to IMMEDIATELY CANCEL my subscription. I KNEW I needed to do this to not get charged again. So, I cancel, I believe it was May 17, and never logged back in since a) I was now in a relationship, and b) I thought it was all taken care of. Then this morning I got a notice in my email saying I was charged again for the next 6 months. WHAT?? So I called their consumer complaint hotline and they have the audacity to tell me that I reactivated my account a few days after I canceled it. I DIDN'T. I NEVER logged back onto the site, much less reactivated it, and I know this for a fact. That's a blatant lie and I'm really, really mad. I'm even more mad that they're only offering me a "partial" refund, even after I told them that this is fraud, that I never reactivated it. I mean, how convenient for them, right? Just blame it on the consumer that she "reactivated" and still pocket half of the payment. On top of it, most members on the site are not active, and I didn't get one date out of it, when I never had any issues on other dating sites. If you value your money and actually want to date, STAY AWAY!!!!! It's a scam! Not only did I waste my money to begin with, now I feel like they unlawfully pocketed my money while refusing to work with me on getting a full refund. ESPECIALLY considering I contacted them the same day they charged me. I can't remember the last time I wrote a negative review. But this is the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
