Wish - No response to refund request

We requested a refund within the 30 day time limit. The company said someone would respond within 2-3 business days and no one did. Now, when I do the computer chat it says I have exceeded the refund window. No one answers their phone number either.

I will never order from these thieves again, I placed an order for 2 7x10 metal prints on november 22nd of last year (2018), its now Jan 11th 2019, I have been on the phone and on chat with their support team over 10 times now, each time I was assured that there were just problems with production, it was being remade and will be shipped out to me within the next week. I have been promised this by 6 people so far, 3 of which were "supervisors" they wont even refund my money until "our financial team does an investigation into the issue" which Im not exactly holding my breath for. Filed a complaint with the BBB as well, horrible company.

Miracle Ear - Will not return the money to bank

I returned the hearing aids on Dec 4th because they just couldn't get them right,they were sent in 3 to 4 times and had two sets of molds done and they still were not right. I was feed up with it and took them back. In the mean time I hadn't payed on them because of that reason. The had plenty times to get them right. I was 120days late so far on them, they were going to call me back on the 7th and didn't so I called back on the 14th and they said they were busy and they would call and they didn't. So were I'am at now is the back is waiting for there money and it is builting interest, I tryed to call again and the answering service could not get threw.
