You can not TRUST STRAIGHT TALK,, when I had I only bought the cards,, but I have found better now with TOTAL WIRELESS i hope you leave ST to, good luck

Verizon Wireless - Outage

I have been speaking with your to tech support people about the outage that has lasted for 4 days now. The Tech told me to go to the verizon store & get a new SIM card. The tech said it was free. Wrong, it cost me $16, and I still can't use phone. When is this massive outage going to be over? Why can't you tell us about outage? When will service resume "fully"? My internet hasn't worked in four days. Some times I can send a picture text, and sometimes I can't. Calls have been choppy (voice related). I feel a little sorry for your tech support. They can't tell us anything. They don't know anything. I walked into a Verizon store today and the only people in the store were people who couldn't use their phones due to this outage. Not a good thing to have happen at Christmas time. I have a phone for a grand child that I can't even activate! Please restore service to our area.

Tracfone Sucks

Tried to help an 85 year old customer activate his Tracfone. Didn't activate right away and I was told to wait an hour. Called customer service and they had me punch in a bunch of codes and told me to wait two hours. Still nothing and called back after waiting 2 hours so I called back again. Got the run around again. Took me through some steps again and then told me I had to wait 4 hours. By the time the next 4 hours were up still no phone number and they were closed so I had to call again the next day. Same routine all over again and then got told I needed to give them my address so they could send me a new sim card. Are you joking with this. But I did just to see what was next. Do you know they told me my address was one there system did not recognize and they could not send a sim card to that address. I was ticked. I was determined to help this elderly fella get a working phone. So I bought him another one myself figuring I could return his and have the minutes that were already on the phone he purchased removed and put on the one I just bought. Would you believe the same exact thing happened all over again. For what good it will do I am going to contact their customer service dept. I am pissed and it isn't even my phone

Simple Mobile Still your money

I had activated a phone with Simple mobile, then called to get the my number ported, I had paid $12 for a sim and $40 to activate the service. To find out I have to get my number ported before I call i activate it, then They said if I ant to port my Number I need a new SIM card, I said OK, let me cancel the other account and They put a ticket to cancel the other account but never did, and I called again and then they said well you have had the account for 24 hours we can not refund your money. So I had to pay another $12 for another chip and another $40 to activate the service within two days times. So to get finally activated it cost me $100 - and they robbed me for one day service, by charging me twice. So I filled a Better Business Burea complaint. They said they would credit my account $40 so that I would have an extra month of service - The person lied and the account was never credited - I AM GONE TO T-MOBILE!!!! Dont get Simple Mobile, They have POOR Customer Service and Bad Phone Service - Waist of Money and Time - T-Mobile offers the same, for a little more, but since i am a DoD employee, its almost the exact same!!

Net10 Wireless - Mentally drained from net10

i called them to transfer my net ten # to another net10 phone and i was told that they need to send a new sim card . i asked if the min on there would be transfered over to my new phone , i was reasured that it will be.i waited 6 days till i recieved the card i called to activate the sim card, they transfered me to 3 different tellers,and then told me they were unable to transfer min, after speaking to a supervisor,for an hour and half i finally was able to get my min ,.A few hours later my data stopped working and i was unable to send or retreive pictures, they were still unable to resolve this problem if anyone needs to contact me they may at this email address my2girls4ever@gmail.com

TracFone - Worse Customer Service

I never write reviews for anything, but I am fed up with tracfone's customer services. For the price and reception, tracfone is a good deal, UNLESS you have to speak with someone. All I wanted to do was transfer my old phone number to my new phone. After I received my new phone with the new sim card, I went on live to transfer the old number to the new phone. That didn't happened, I got yet another phone number. I called the 1-800 number. The rep was terrible, Every contact with them takes hours and nothing get resolved. I am going to somewhere else.
