ATT - THE SORRIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

AT&T is a disgrace ......I made payment arrangements for June 9 & June 29 th on May 30 2017 to pay my bill because I've been having health issues and have been in and out of the hospital with Lyme dieses for weeks now and have not been able to go into work because of being very sick, I've had issues with my phone going on weeks , I've been chatting with At&t and apple support and neither could fix my phone ..... I've never in my life been through so much *** and all the stories from some of the sorriest customer service reps with a Cell phone company .. I called customer service yesterday 6-28-17 to ask why my phone was disconnected because I had made arrangements for my bill, I get told there is nothing in our records that you made arrangements ma'am ... I had 3 Different Reps tell me THREE different things YESTERDAY , Its absolutely Ridiculous that the customer service Does NOT put the customers agreements / Or what was talked about . But they are very quick to turn off my phone because I made arrangements on 5-30-17 to pay on two different dates 6-9-17 & 6-29-17 (which is today) not yesterday .. The customer service stated I owed a different amount and now that balance has to be PAID before your service is reconnected ma'am , I said ma'am that's not what was told prior to being transferred to you three different times . I told her that I was told something different. SHE stated well the last REP doesn't know what he's doing .. REALLY y'all are PATHIC .. AT&T is a freaking JOKE
