The membership is horrible! Do not sign up for it! First it auto renews, then if you want to cancel it you have to fill out a form, then take it in, THEN wait 30 days!!! So you will get charged again!! THEN if you don't use your unused massages in 30days after...

Stay away from their membership plans. They take your money and make it as hard as possible to get service. And don't try to cancel an appointment, because they'll take your credits. If they cancel the appointment, you get nothing in return. For the love of God,...
