Sun Country Airlines - Lost Luggage

A lot of complaints of lost luggage. Please reconsider immediately allowing passengers to carry on their own small bag without a fee and complaints will definitely decrease! Thanks in advance for your consideration to improve the quality of Sun Country Airlines.

Worst Airline Experience. DONT FLY TURKISH AIRLINES

We bought two BUSINESS CLASS tickets from BEY to LV, via Istanblu and LA. The flight from LA to LV was a different company. We arrive at LA, but our bags don't. We rushed to Baggage Claim, but had to run to then catch our next flight. Which we missed. Went back to Baggage Claim, they were closed. Booked a hotel and another flight to LV. Went to the airport early, at 11am, but the Turkish Airways baggage claim was still closed. Caught the 3pm flight to LV. Then the fiasco started. It took them 6 days, over 25 phone calls, and ABSOLUTELY NO HELP from their end. We searched for more than 6 numbers to finally reach the Baggage claim in LA, which no one connected us to. Just alot of googling. When we reached the Istanbul Baggage claim, they hung up on us, several times. When we made an online ticket, they said they couldn't help and everytime asked us for our Baggage Claim reference, even though we informed we couldn't file one. So we had to buy clothes etc. Finally the bags arrived and mine was damage completely and taped together horribly. Total amount that was owed from this fiasco was $2300USD We gave full proof of all owed. It's been 2 months since. They initially offered 1100 USD. Then they offered 1525USD claiming we've only opened one ticket. So we opened another ticket, and they offered 1100 USD in one ticket, 1525USD in the other. Perfect. Put in the bank details for the one with 1100USD but couldn't for the other. Then suddenly, the offer on the other disappears.. and they replace it with 1100 USD. To them it's a game. This has taken 2 months, and they're now just toying with us. They still haven't reimbursed anything and I'm disgusted. *DON'T EVER FLY THIS AIRLINE.
