Access Wireless - Very frustrating and annoyed with service.

I am up for recertification, but I can't recertify until I receive a new phone. I have called the number on your website and still haven't received any returns. What kind of company is this that doesn't respond to their customers. Angry

Budget Mobile - Avoid at all costs.

About a month and half ago my so-called Unlimited Plan suddenly had one very big limit. I was issued 500 minutes and told I now had to "refresh" them when they ran out. However..if they ran out at night or on the weekends, and esp a holiday weekend there is NO WAY to "refresh" them. No one is there on the phone to call or online which is ridiculous. They could hire me for it for *** sake I NEED THE JOB I NEED TO WORK FROM HOME I would be happy to sit online all weekend and do that and I have NO PROBLEM WITH MINIMUM WAGE. BUT no one is available. This is a pretty big limit don't you think? I CANNOT anticipate how many minutes I will use from one day to the next. I have a young daughter who cannot live with me due to my financial state. Hence the need for the LifeLine plan. My daughter has chronic, often debilitating night terrors. She is on the Autism spectrum. The ONLY WAY she can get any sleep is if Momma is on the phone with her ALL NIGHT LONG. During the day I am often in contact with her for several hours. I have been told by "customer service" two different things, one, that this is how the "unlimited" plan just is. Okay..first problem I received NO notice of the change either in writing or online. I have read the terms of service online..not only is this not mentioned in the unlimited plan it's not mentioned ANYWHERE. Second thing I was told..that this is due to "extensive system updates" this has been going on for more than a month now. There has been NO notice posted on their website either on the front page or in my account or in the service area to notify customers that this is the case. I know..I've looked. Yes this is a free plan to LifeLine customers but *** like this will cause us to leave ..LOTS of us to leave. And that government grant wont be so helpful anymore.
