Nonstop Delivery - Our Computer System Is Down

After making a purchase with Power Purchases, Non Stop Delivery was hired to deliver a recliner sofa. At first I was told deliver 4-7 days. Next I was told no later than March 11th. Well, almost 30 days have past and I'm still without a sofa for my mother. Every time I call I hold for 15 or more minutes. I always have to leave a call back number and when my call is returned, I'm told that the system was down for two days and give them them two days to get back with me. Instead of being named Non Stop Delivery, how about Delivery Stops Here, wherever that maybe, because no one can tell me where's my recliner sofa. My apologies mom for the runaround.

Swagbucks - Make a purchase. Not credited!

I didn't get my swagbucks points added to my account. I made a purchase on 1/16/19 and as of today I still have not received my points. It never even pended. I have filed a ticket and I keep getting unrelated automated emails. The last one said that, and I quote, "Unfortunately, we are unable to attribute your activity to our website." I have sent screenshots and my package has even arrived, yet they're saying I did not make a purchase through the site. Angry
