I lost my home and all of my belongings on June 12th 2018. State Farm hasn't paid any additional living expenses for 5 months. they are trying to say my home was 2x4 construction when it was 2x6 and they haven't covered a vehicle that was lost. i have between 400,000 and 600,000 of coverage. they payed out 20% of my coverage and have been doing nothing since. nothing on contents yet or the lost vehicle.

12/12/17 I order several items for my daughter birthday 12/28/17 and I never received anything I purchased and they did get my money and I contacted BBB, Department of Justice State of Delaware, Federal Trade Commission, and Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime. and it is now 12/28/18 and I still have no answer from the Federal Departments the BBB and Department of Justice State of Delaware did give me a letter explaining that I need to contact other agencies.

Horrible experience Autoplicity couldn't care less about it's customers

Horrible experience. Autoplicity cancelled my order on the day it was due to arrive...no notice, no email, no phone call. Rude employee "Susan" blamed the manufacturer until I proved the manufacturer, StreetSceneEQ.com had it in stock and was ready to ship it. Manufacturer StreetScene says this happens constantly with Autoplicity. Requested a manager, "Alyssa", who disinterestedly blamed it on a 3rd party fulfillment company "Mayer". Probably a lie also. Staff here could literally not have cared less. Refused to reorder it for me claiming "there's nothing we can do". Still haven't seen my refund. I'll never order from this careless, unethical company again. Go direct to manufacturer next time, and save yourself the unnecessary pain.

My mom was totally taken advantage of by these charlatans at the 2018 San Diego County Fair. They ripped her off to the tune of $1,600 claiming the "Forever Face Lift" product was the real deal, which is wasn't - not even close!
