Comcast - Horrible customer service

Cable has not work correctly for over a year it is not had four or five days of good service you cannot get in touch with a human I'm fresh out of the hospital and I can't get out I don't even know where to find the human they're so mean on the phone when you do get someone I have to call about every other day I hate this company I would love to get together a class action suit against them I see they pissed off a lot of people
