Lincare Inc

I have been trying to get rid of Lincare constant mail charging me from products that I already returned. They send me this supply last spring. I had no insurance at that time. I have been trying to contact them for 4 months, long waiting time on the phone sometimes half an hour. And when I was able to reach someone they kept telling me that was not the right place that I should contacted someone else. For almost a month they had a message that due to the hurricane they were experimenting long waiting time. It was a nightmare. Finally, I decided to contact the complaints on the website. I just asked them for a level that I can send back the products. I got them three times. And also a call from someone that left a message on my phone apologizing. I was not able to reach him back. I sent the products back like a month ago, and now I am getting menacing mail to report my missing payment. Crystal Springs Water - Bad Customer Service

I have to wait for 30 minutes just for them to correct multiple late delivery and a lot of billing errors. They keep asking me to hold. When I asked them why my delivery keeps getting delayed, the rep will say that someone will call me, no one calls back. The bottles I am holding vs. the bottle they are delivering are not reconciling. I dont know what else to say. I will not recommend this company to anyone else. My plan says I should have 3 per delivery, they only deliver 2 and make me pay extra for the extra delivery.

Crystal Springs Water - Inept Account Support, Horrid Customer Service

This is the second property that I have managed where I have had this issue. My management company purchased my community in March. I decided to keep the Crystal Springs services and called to request a new account with the existing equipment. I let them know that the former account belonged to the former company, and advised them where they could send the invoices. Since that day, I have had issue after issue, they never adjusted the invoices, and continually mailed in "past due" invoices, added late fees, and finally locked the account. I called several times to rectify this, and was never met with anything close to adequate customer service or support. I submitted online inquiries requesting contact back, mailed in my invoice disputes per the invoice instructions, and STILL never got resolution. I called 5 weeks ago, informed them that I am NOT responsible for the former company's balance and canceled my service. They scheduled the pick up for equipment and empty bottles and of course, NEVER SHOWED UP. Now it has come to the point that I wrote a letter to the corporate office and enclosed my last disputed invoice. On this invoice is states that my company's account is being sent to a collections agency and that we will be charged an extra $500 for failure to return both water coolers. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I'm fairly certain that it's not legal to send the wrong responsible party to collections, especially when there is no signed contract or agreement. I have never in my life been so fed up with a company before. This is appalling to say the least.
