American Home Shield - This IS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR BY AHS

I don't even have to tell my story because I am in Southeast Arizona and one of the reviews almost word-for-word described our frustration, lack of call back from the contractor in Tucson, and the lack of empathy (definition of Sociopathic) from a rep on Sunday. They clearly HAVE NO EMERGENCY RESPONSE for customers...AHS policy notes to request service 24 hour / 7 days a week call blah blah ... when I initially called I mentioned in my frustration that "people die here in Arizona without AC" ... her response: "nothing further I can do but to submit the dispatch" ... really? AHS blows, and so do their contractors! It's Criminal; and I've left another voice mail letting the contractors know if I receive NO call back 'just to confirm their Friday appointment' (been here Monday 5 mins to tell me I need a new motor and took my $75) then I will me filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General in Arizona... cool air is not a commodity one can be allowed hi-jack. AHS 'Be Advised' I'll be sending this note to EVERY Real Estate Owner/Broker and stake-holder I can get my statement to, including the AG!

Walmart - Auto center is a joke

We bought four new tires in October. These tires are only six month's old. While we were driving on the interstate at 70 miles an hour I had a belt break in one of the tires. I pulled over immediately as the tire was just about flat. I changed it right away with the spare. The next day when I took the tire back to Wal-Mart they accused me of driving on the tire flat and would not cover it. Manager very rude. I ended up buying another tire, just because I needed to keep them the same.I will never step foot in another Wal-Mart again
