Comcast - Worst company ever

Comcast (which has been changing its name to Xfinity to escape the stench of its terrible reputation) has charged me $270 "early termination fee" for having the audacity to move to an area that does not offer Comcast's services. This is how they treat customers that stayed with them 13 years. Avoid them if at all possible!!

Comcast - This company is a complete SCAM!

They try to completely scam you inflating the bill and even if you go to the service center pay and "fix things" they charge you 400$ a month inflatiion fees!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!! On top of that I work from home and THE INTERNET IS SO SLOW!On top of that they lie about promotions then when you get them they're different! Go direct! They always add secret charges that they don't tell you about and their sales tactic is completely manipulating!One month it's 300$ the next it's 400$ and that's no premium channels!! I can not believe that they're getting away with this! it's the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Comcast - Customer service

Worst experience ever, we had had a bad experience with Comcast prior to resigning with them but did anyway, against our better judgement. Love and learn. Saving $$$ isn't always the way to go. Do yourself a favor and go with the other guys! We were offered $19.99/month, and agreed to sign 2yr contract. Received the bill, $59.99/month. After 100s of calls, no exaggeration, multiple disconnects, transfers to voicemails and promised return calls from supervisors, nothing. We are unable to cancel $59.99 service without a $200 early termination fee, we are stuck with crappy service and they claim there is nothing they can do. Extremely unhappy customers.

Comcast - EXTRA CHARGES/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I signed a contract with an agent totaling $114 she said no hidden fees that is what my bill would equal, there was a fee of $65 for the technician to come out and replace the old box, but I will wave/credit those charges for signing a year contract. Well I get my bill a few weeks later and I have a service charge/additional charges that I was told would not be on bill. Of course I called, got put on hold 3 times AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME ALL 3 TIMES!! I was not in a bad mood but at that point I was starting to get pissed, 3 times I had told my situation then put on hold to be hung up on. So I call back and reach PETER, he tells me they do not credit for the technician to come out. So I told him to pull the conversation seeming they record, well that will mean we have to get a request blah blah blah So now I am waiting on them to approve my request to credit my account. Not to mention the first agent said it would credited and no additional fees. He says they will only credit $59. So I have to pay the tax???? DONT USE COMCAST, IT IS TOO LATE FOR ME TO END MY CONTRACT SEEMING IT HAS BEEN 30 DAYS. DISH HAS BETTER TV CHANNELS FOR THE PRICE I RECIEVED! don't fall into the trap and get hung up on!
