DoorDash provides horrible service!!! Pretty much I had one day left for the free delivery trial and for some reason they STILL charged me for the fee. So, I called them and asked why I was getting charged... they told me that they wanted proof and asked me to send them an email with some screenshots. I did exactly what they said and guess what? .... THEY DIDN'T REPLY!!!! Literally, ghosted me. What made it even more annoying is that they continued to send me their "promotions" but still ignored my issue. HOW PROFESSIONAL. I'm not surprised to see how bad their reviews are. DO NOT SIGN UP OR ORDER FROM DOORDASH. AVOID THE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Rant over.

Greyhound - Most incompetent busines in the world

My son boarded a bus at the Lawrence Kansas bus bench, where the driver a black female who is one of the rudest people alive kept my sons drivers license and no one can contact the bus driver and she did not report her mistake so my son was then hassled the whole trip about boarding the bus. Wait for it it gets better, then in flagstaff they out him on a bus with a broken bahroom, he ask the driver if he could use the terminal bathroom before they left the driver said yes and he would wait. he driver then left without my son but with his bags. My son then had to sit in a bus terminal for 8 plus hours for the next bus. the flagstaff terminal supposedly called phoenix and told them to hold his bags. when he finally got to phoenix theh had lost the bag with all his clothes now my son is t6 states away woth no drivers license and no clothes I cannot wire him money because you need an id to pick up money, so he has been in his sames clothes for 3 days and these people lied to me they radioed the driver that left him and he didn't even answer. Don't ever use greyhound unless you are laking drama in your life, they need to be shut down what if this was a small child....wow

Greyhound - HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My one and only experience with Greyhound company was horrific! I was traveling from Aspen to Denver on the day of some road closures in the area that were planned months ahead of time. I booked my ticket to go from Aspen to Denver 2 days before my trip (and their web-site showed this trip as scheduled, not canceled, accepted my payment and issued my ticket). So i show up at the Greyhound bus station (which is miserably located at 7/11, mind you). Wait for 15 minutes - no bus. I call Greyhound customer service and they tell me that this bus was canceled SEVERAL WEEKS AGO. They did not take it off their web-site, they accepted my payment, issued my ticket. No one called me to apologize, refund my money and let me know that the bus was canceled. I WAS JUST SITTING THERE WAITING FOR MY BUS!!!!! Then when i called customer service to get my refund they told me that i need to mail in my ticket and wait for TWO WEEKS!!!! to get my refund! Horrible horrible horrible experience. I travel a lot all over the world. This doenst happen in 3rd world countries. Shame on you, Greyhound!

Greyhound - PATHETIC

Hello, On Wednesday, May 25, 2016 I was scheduled to take a bus from Columbus, Ohio to Baltimore, MD with a transfer at Pittsburgh. I am a dental resident at The Ohio State University and this was my first time (And now definitely the last) using Greyhound. My bus was scheduled to leave at 5am for which I reported at the bus station at 4:15am. The staff at the counter were so rude and uninterested with what was going on and has a first time traveller I really need some guidance. Until 6:30 am we had no information as to where the bus was and I was still at Columbus bus station. Finally it was announced that the bus was 2 hours late! We assumed that we will depart at 7 am but the bus finally got in at 8am. The staff at the station would not even tell us what was going on. So my 5 am bus finally left at 8:30am ! My transfer from Pittsburgh was at 10:30am which I obviously missed because my bus reach there at 11:45. The next bus from Pittsburgh was at 3:35pm! I was left hungry, tired and stranded for another 4 hours on Pittsburgh Bus Station. They did not provide us any lunch coupons or anything and simply told us to sort it out at final destination. So far the delay in my journey: 6 hours! Finally I got on the Bus to Baltimore and on our way the bus had a brake that caught fire and broke down and was pulled over at Granstville, MD. We were left there, in the middle of nowhere, for another 2 hours with no update. All the passengers asked the driver to give us some timeline but he said he is not allowed to say anything and we will have to just wait for the next bus. The police got involved and so finally the Driver tells us that the next bus is expected in 4-12 hours!! Obviously there was no way I was waiting for that much time and my friend drove down an hour and half (one way) to come get me. I finally reach my destination with my own source at 11:30pm when I was scheduled to reach baltimore at 3:30pm! If i would have waited for the next bus I would have reached probably next morning. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a bus service anywhere around the world. You guys call yourselves ‘quality service’? I called customer care next day for a refund because there was no way I was paying for this pathetic service and ride. I was told ill be refunded $65 of my $77 ticket in 7-14 business days. Its been 14 business days and I still have no refund! How terrible is your service? I am taking this up on social media as well. This the worse service in this country. I have been calling the greyhound customer care since past two days but I only transferred forever from one place to another and kept on hold for 25-35 minutes. I am so frustrated and disgusted with your entire system. I not only want my entire ticket refund and I want further compensation.
