I was at Wendy's on Orchard Road in Aurora, IL. Restaurant # 11109309. My host was Brendon (good kid). I started in line att 7:05 pm, placed my order at 7:09 pm, paid at 7:13 pm and DID NOT RECEIVE MY FOOD UNTIL 7:40 pm. I spoke to Brendon who told me sorry and asked for manager whose name was Gabriel. I told him this was unacceptable & asked for $ back and he said no because I offended him & it had been happening all day because his workers called in sick and was tired of me. I again asked for my money back and he said "NO! You can have your food" I received my food and then called Customer Service and the manager hung up on me. I then called 800 number customer service and made a complaint and they never called me back so again, I called customer service today November 14 at 12:15 pm and was told it would be taken care of immediately.
