Directv - Canceling Service
We had finally decided to cancel our directv subscription as we had just gotten out of our contract. Directv then went on to trick us. They offered my wife a lower monthly rate not to cancel. She thought it was a good deal so she took it. Then we found out the new price was only good for 3 months but we were now committed for another year. This was never explicitly explained. What a bunch of scoundrels. Once this subscription period is up I will never go back to satellite. They charge a lot of money for stuff I can get with my antenna or online.

Eyewear Town - Will not send 82 year old woman's Versace glasses
Waiting from March to hear from them...Then I called for my mother to find out where her $300 frames were from repair. The woman on the phone told me good luck getting them back, and she accused us of harassment because we want our merchandise back.. She won't answer any questions such as how much or how to do we get them back... NASTY RUDE .. I consider them stolen...Filed with BBB and the Attorney General..I'm a native NY'er and she gives New York a bad name.. Shame on her for harassing and keeping a senior citizens glasses.

CALL YOUR LOCAL FLORIST NOT FTD!!!!
I have worked for a flower shop and I must say it is just as frustrating on our end. We do our best to fill the orders but FTD is always under-selling and the money we get is never enough to fill order to the customers expectation. CALL YOUR LOCAL FLORIST or google the city your sending them to for a phone number and you will get the best service & value. Any complaints will be taken care of in a professional & timely manner!!!
