Comcast - Bait and Switch
No surprise here, but they ran an Xfinity ad for TV plus Internet for $39.99 (small print unreadable on tv). When I called, they said they could not find that promo and offered $24.99 for each service or $49.98 a month for one year. They said it must be a promo company but it listed the number I reached a Comcast rep at. Why do we have so few choices and allow *** companies to rake it in? Addiction to television and entertainment, me guesses... I took a year off and it felt good. Good luck all (dealing with the devil), you will need it.

Ae Factory Service - Ge gas dryer
had an appointment between 7am and 12 noon 7-18....did not arrive until 3p.m the service man laughed & stated my part wasn't broken the switch just fell off hahaha... the switch was to turn on the dryer... i was told by ge customer service there would be no service call due to the fact this part had been replaced previously and was still covered under warranty... the tech had no info as far as a warranty and refused to leave the house if my husband did not pay for a 5 min service call while he was laughing total $142.23...i tried to contact a&e factory service... good luck ...took 5 tries finally got a lady w broken english & i could not understand her. she spoke down to me, rude & interuppted me and would not let me speak.. i requested a supervisor that could speak english (she did not like that) and she said GLADLY and then disconnected call..... customer service is terrible they will never step foot in my house....and guess what they are used by sears be ware when u scdl a repair appoint dont let them send AE to your home..
Tidebuy - Forced them to give me refund
Took 3 month but I finally got my refund. Actually after they said they would not give me a refund, I kept it for 5-6 weeks. I was worried if I send it to them they would have my money and the tablet that I bought. But the more I kept the tablet the more frustrated I got with how it didn't work. It sucked. Finally I said I don't even want this ***. I called my credit card company and the lady on the phone was on my side. They knew all to well how these companies in China are send people *** and ripping them off. But the bank said it would all go better if I sent the merchandise back first. The trick is to return the merchandise as soon as you get it. Then email them tell them you sent it back and to give you your money back. Right after you do let your credit card company know that you didn't get what you wanted or what you were expecting. You sent it back and you want your money back. You'll need proof that you sent it back. Registered mail is best. Keep your reciept. The bank will want this. You'll get your money back. This company doesn't want any trouble with the credit card company. Tell them you sent it back. They might have a no refund policy but who cares. The credit card company is on your side. If you didn't get what you wanted or are not happy with it they will get your money back. Good luck
