GiftTree - Bad Customer Service

I ordered two baskets for my kids to be delivered the confirmation email stated on Wednesday. One child got his but the other did not. I called at 5:15 the girl was so unprofessional stating oh that is weird. Stated it would be there by 6. I called back at 7 no delivery. She stated that is weird oh yeah they called 45 min. ago they can't deliver. She didn't state when it would be. No apology. It was like pulling teeth to find out what was going on. I called to discuss with a supervisor who wasn't much better. She sent me an email for 19.95 gift card that is the cost of the delivery. I had asked for refund of delivery charge since my son gave up overtime to be there for the delivery. I don't need the gift card because in my 30 years of ordering many delivery items this was the worst experience I have ever had. They could have called and stated they could not make it instead of my calling them.
