From You Flowers - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Like so many others-- I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. Placed my order yesterday morning, I paid extra for same-day AND expedited within 4-hour window. At 5:00 p.m. I got an email saying that they were unable to find a florist to process my order, but they would give me a complimentary upgrade and deliver the following day with an apology note. Seriously? At 5:00 p.m. they let me know this??? This morning, after reading all these horrible reviews, I sent them an email asking for the name of the local florist who would be delivering. Their response-- "Sorry-- we have privacy agreements with our florists and cannot reveal their names." DUH!! We would KNOW the friggin' name of the florist upon delivery... IF they delivered-- so that privacy agreement stuff is total b.s. I just emailed them and asked them to cancel the entire order. My brother's birthday is over, and I have little faith they would have delivered anything, or anything of quality. Let's see if I ever get the promised refund. Good news is I used PayPal, so I can challenge them for a refund through that.
