My Snoring Solution - Havent received the goods-unable to contact company

Ordered the 2 for 1 deal on 30/11/15 and as at 22/12/15 still havent received my goods.BUT they have taken the money from my account within days of my ordering.Only email I have had was the automated one as soon as I placed my order telling me it was on its way.Where are my goods???From all the reviews I have read I wish I had never placed the order with you "SNORING SOLUTIONS".You have also overcharged me.RIPOFF!!!Please call me or email me to discuss!!

Xfinity - Flat Out Lies

I have the lowest high-speed internet package offered. No Tv, no phone. It started at 39.99 for 12 months and then goes up to 54.99 for 12-months then settled at 64.99 (I think) thereafter. I was reached out to by a 3rd party Comcast sales about a basic double bundle they're offering to attempt to get people like me (Cord Cutters) to have a Television account. He stated I'd have basic channels, 30-50 of them and they would include: USA, Cartoon Network, Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS, MASN,HBO, Etc. In addition I'd have Blast internet. All this for $62 a month ($72 after fees/taxes) He also stated that I'd have StreamPix and On-Demand. I questioned the channels and the On-Demand features several times and was assured of the channels and that On-Demand would not only be limited to those channels. Also, I'd be able to link Streaming Apps to my account and use them on secondary media devices such as Apple TV, Roku, or Chromecast. Cable self-Setup kit arrived two days later. WOW, that was fast. So Excited to get going with by account and get caught up on all those shows I've been missing. Cable box won't turn on. Call for service, they walk me through the most rudimentary troubleshooting possible of "sending a signal" to the box, and turning it off and on again. Nothing. Schedule a tech to come out. He replaces the busted box and takes the busted controller with him. Now I don't have a controller. Download controller app, and later discover that while the box is now functioning, I was lied to about almost all the features of the package I cared about. No USA, Cartoon Network, MASN, and most importantly on-Demand was present, but every single feature was attempting to charge me to use it. Called in to clarify services on my subscription, trudged through monotonous bot menu, (lovely) woman stated in NO WAY were any of what was described included on my plan as it was the most basic offered. (I get almost the same channels with a $20 HDTV Antenna [I strongly recommend if you're in an Urban/Suburban area]) Tell her I'll be mailing my box back in immediately in that case. Mailed Box back to comcast to enforce the 30-day money back guarantee. Received an email stating they received the package and it was being processed. I'd be alerted once this was complete. (Still haven't received anything 18 days later) Spoke to online rep, who stated I was informed (I don't know by whom) that mailing back hardware doesn't cancel any services, you also needed to call in. I was then prompted me to call in, or visit a physical store. Called in and trudged through monotonous phone menu, to "change Service" only to have the call immediately, almost suspiciously dropped when I selected this option. This happened three times in a row. Called Technical support, in an attempt to be redirected. Spoke to a nice young man who confirmed none of the services are with my subscription. Said he'd need a manager's approval to revert my account. Asked if he could put me on hold and hung up on me "by accident". Account still has new services on it, and I still need to go in or call to have them removed, and my money from the most recent bill refunded. Moral of the story: If you get a similar call, don't believe anything they tell you. Even though I clarified countless times, they still lied, and still sold me a service that didn't exist.

Amazon Prime UK is a scam

Ever since they stopped using Collect+ for delivery, prime is no longer a one-day delivery service. The alternatives provided are not even close to collect+. And the third party delivery providers won't accept timing preferences or calling the customer. And the customer service guys are trained liars. All they talk is pre-templated ***. One *** just said he cancelled my prime membership from renewing next year. And when I check it after an hour in my account - it was still on auto-renewal. The guy I spoke to before him said - he added my delivery preferences to the order which was the biggest LIE of the year as another (Supervisor level *** when asked on the next day) was not an option for that order and he don't see any instructions left for the order by the previous fool.

They say it is satisfaction guaranteed but it is $10 shipping to receive it, then you pay for return shipping and delivery confirmation and a 25% charge to have it disposed of. After I ordered I have seen the same type of chin strap for under 10 dollars. Try somewhere...

Centurylink - False advertisement

hi I recently was going to get century link in my home ....I had ordered and was scheduled to be installed last Saturday....now the problem is that my credit was not so good so I put a 125.00 deposit. the I got a call that century link does not have fiber wire..in my premises or anywhere near...then tried to stick direct tv with a additional 300.00 down.. offcourse I do not want direct tvs horrible service....so I decline not what I wanted....now century link is saying I have to wait 3 months for my refund.....quetion why if they did not provide service then why take my money and have a sales rep knocking offering service. I have to Neibor with same issues but they did not have to give deposit I did.
