Dish Network - Do you value your time?

I have spent countless hours working through issues with my Dish...they have great superficial customer support. They respond fast but provide no real solution. For the second time in 6 months my dvr has crashed and lost all of my recordings. When I ask for them to replace the unit they tell me the unit no longer shows a fault so it’s good. That is incredibly frustrating. Also, added benefits like dropping major channels. Avoid at all costs. The killer is the contract. They can literally drop all channels from your plan, and you have no way out of the contract - if you leave early you pay $500. They have no skin in the game and they know it.

Verizon Wireless - Verizon out of control

I opened a2yr. account for a 1 cell phone. Verizon was charging me for 13 devices and activity on the account that was not me. When I would call or go to store No one seemed to give me any answers. The stores even said that the computors were not able to print out any info regarding my fraud account. I was being billed up to 670.00 a month. They said that if I closed the account I would be charged for early termination. I must have spent at least 100 hours on the phone and in person trying to resolve the issue. As I did this ,it seemed it just gave the hackers more time to do more damage to my credit. It opened doors for criminals to exploit and take over my identity and my life it seemed. This experience has changed my life and caused me to live in fear. Ihave not had phone of my own in 2 yrs.
