Greyhound - Bus Ride From ***

May 2017, HAD to go to Houston, usual transportation by Amtrak was not available. Purchased two tickets for Greyhound with all its promises including comfortable ride with wifi and etc. But instead we boarded a bus (not a Greyhound) that needed to be painted, old, no wifi, the restroom had been used (#2) and could not flush, vomit on back seat. Driver had a very bad attitude. We were threaten that if we got off at bus stops we would be left. Called to complain and get refund but was told that since I rode the bus they could only give me a credit for another ride. (what!) I will NEVER ride greyhound again. Then they offered $20 refund (My ticket was 76.60). no way. Poor customer service and public concern.
