Hometownquotes - Terrible Lead and Crooks

This company took 350 dollars from me. MY leads were dead and already worked. I got no results. I requested credit and got nowhere.. They finally got somebody to call me back. Long story short, I was credited for 5 leads. When I waited for a refund, they said by the time they credited the account, it was too late to get me any money back. Total scammers and waste of time.

SilverScript - I never signed up

I have never signed up for silver script, I have never signed up for medicare part d. I get all of my care from the VA. I can't get silver script to stop sending bills. When I call, they tell me I have to use medicare part b and that medicare signed me up for silver script.

Hgtv - Too Many and Too Frequent

The HGTV app is driving us crazy! It has far too many commercial breaks and runs too many commercials during the breaks!!! Also...it’s the same darn stuff! I can see one or two spots running, but 5 and 6 is over-the -top. We’re so annoyed that we’ll probably start recording on network television via DVR, so we’ll have the option to fast forward. Right now we mute during all ads. Highly annoyed!!!!

Shoebuy - Terrible service, items don't come on time

Ordered work shoes from Overstock, with Shoebuy as the third party seller. They are now many days late from their "estimated" delivery time, and the shipping info has not updated for a week, which is unhelpful. Have contacted customer service a number of times just to be told that I'll receive a call back from them soon. Super shady - wish I had just ordered the shoes from Amazon. Not to mention that the payment on my debit card seemingly processed immediately, was withdrawn, and processed again properly a few days later. I don't trust this company, I'm certainly pissed that I don't have the work shoes that I needed, and I regret even giving them my payment information.

Meineke - Terrible Service

My car would not start so I had it towed in. They had it for 3 days and never called me. I finally went in to pick it up and they said that it was starting, running and ready to go. It died on the way home and won't start. I paid $390 to have a car that won't start after they worked on it for 3 days.
