Swagtron - Scooter Stopped Working and Cant Get Any Feed Back On Why

I originally ordered the Swagger 1 refurbished for a Christmas present in Dec. 2018. After getting a faulty scooter that did not charge, was sent another one, then that one wouldn't charge, and was sent a Swagger 3 because they did not have anymore in stock. This scooter seemed to work fine, it charged and I used it a few times when the weather was nice. Then recently it started to sputter and stopped. It has a error message 01. I have no clue what the error means. This is from using it a total of about 10 times. Nothing long distance, just around the local streets. Well I talked with customer service and they said it is no longer under warranty. And I would have to pay for shipping and repairs.

Jomashop is a fraud

I bought a $400 Montblanc pen from Jomashop right before Christmas. It was a gift for my husband. Over the next few weeks he used it occasionally. He recently noticed that there was a hairline crack in the piston housing of the pen. I contacted Jomashop immediately to request a replacement or a refund. They outright refused, saying that Jomashop was not an authorized dealer of Montblanc pens and thus had no warranty against defects. They also responded that the crack was wear and tear. That of course is ridiculous since my husband used it a few times over a 6 week period for writing, not for tennis practice. The crack is no where near the nib and is horizontal. It's not like I paid half price for the pen. I now suspect it's not an authentic Montblanc, so I have notified Montblanc corporate.
