Tmobile - VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

First, I got a replacement from the insurance for my lost iPhone 5s. That device had many faults in it, mainly the battery did not have any adhesive that holds the battery in place. Before we figured out that the phone had faults I needed to get that device unlocked. T-Mobile took 1.5-2 months to get that device unlocked. I was on the phone with them for hours a day and finally, the day I needed that device unlocked, they had to do some expedited process to get it unlocked. Once I figured out that the phone had faults, I had it replaced again with the 6 month warranty that Assurant Solutions. The phone that I got also had very few faults in it. Then, Assurant Solutions told I to get the phone replaced from Apple. Once replaced, this phone needed to be unlocked. I have been on the phone with T-Mobile for many hours a day and the phone is still not unlocked today. I talked to many representatives that told me many different things about getting my phone unlocked. They include: Mary (ID# 8972), Rob (ID# 56061), Hassan (ID# 0955227), Jeremiah (ID# 455883), David, Beverly M., and a few more not noted down. This is frustrating and showing me that T-Mobile customer service is HORRIBLE and Assurant Solutions is not a trusted source for insurance replacement devices.
