Assurance Wireless - Stupid customer service reps or computers pretending

I've been 'talking' via emails with Haydee Z. Assurance Wireless Customer eCare Team member since May trying to get service restored on my government phone. First, I had no service, which he said was restored. Second, I've been trying to reboot the silly phone which he said was a manufacturing problem. The problem is my phone won't completely turn on - it lights up but won't go past the initial Assurance Wireless screen nor am I able to turn it off, except to let the battery die completely. So, I can't reboot the phone as the email instructions suggest! the problem is I've been telling this guy for over a month that I can't reboot the phone and have asked for a new phone instead, but the only response is the same crap about rebooting the phone!

You are correct. This phone is rubbish. The camera might as well be from the 1950s as far as image quality goes.

Tmobile - VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

First, I got a replacement from the insurance for my lost iPhone 5s. That device had many faults in it, mainly the battery did not have any adhesive that holds the battery in place. Before we figured out that the phone had faults I needed to get that device unlocked. T-Mobile took 1.5-2 months to get that device unlocked. I was on the phone with them for hours a day and finally, the day I needed that device unlocked, they had to do some expedited process to get it unlocked. Once I figured out that the phone had faults, I had it replaced again with the 6 month warranty that Assurant Solutions. The phone that I got also had very few faults in it. Then, Assurant Solutions told I to get the phone replaced from Apple. Once replaced, this phone needed to be unlocked. I have been on the phone with T-Mobile for many hours a day and the phone is still not unlocked today. I talked to many representatives that told me many different things about getting my phone unlocked. They include: Mary (ID# 8972), Rob (ID# 56061), Hassan (ID# 0955227), Jeremiah (ID# 455883), David, Beverly M., and a few more not noted down. This is frustrating and showing me that T-Mobile customer service is HORRIBLE and Assurant Solutions is not a trusted source for insurance replacement devices.
