Pearson Education - Extremely dissapointing experience with the assistance for Revel set-up

I have been trying for several month to get Person's representatives/educators help with Revel set-up for Canvas for Psychobiology course. I have asked at least for a guide to do it myself (this is my first class offering on Canvas and Canvas system is new to our school) and I have not gotten any help or support after multiple e-mail requests to several Pearson's representatives. The term for offering my Psychobiology course is approaching very quickly and I strongly regret converting my course to Person's Revel. I am giving the Person's Revel customer service "0" star review and advice everybody to be extremely cautious switching to Pearson's Revel. It has been extremely disappointing experience.
