Virgin Mobile USA - VM deleted my account and took my 2,461 saved minutes

After communicating w/ VM customer service no less than 7x in the course of 3 weeks while their system was "upgrading" and causing my account to alternately completely disappear or partially reappear during said 3 week period they were able to do nothing other than string me along w/vague promises that the system would be back working regularly soon, and to just please be patient. Long story short they told me to reprogram my phone as they thought that would be the reason for my phone's problems...well it wasn't and after reprogramming it 3 times in one week and patiently waiting for the system to come back to what it had been for the last 3 1/2 years something even worse happened. All my minutes that I had been able to carry over for the last 3 1/2 years (2,461 minutes)which every customer service rep had asured me were still there and at my disposal even during the confusing system "upgrade" sudenly disappeared and they cut my service completely. They gave me temporary service while they tried to figure out "what the resolution will be from upper management" and told me that someone w/ a clue would be calling me within 24 hours.....it is now 54 hours and counting and nobody has called so I will file complaints w/ FCC, FTC and VA state atty general.
